All products sold by 48HoursBanners.com are custom-manufactured to your exact specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we maintain a strict policy regarding refunds and returns. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Custom Product Policy
All banners and signage products are custom-made specifically for each customer. Once production has begun on your order, the materials cannot be reused or resold. For this reason:
- No refunds are available for orders that have entered production
- No returns are accepted for custom products unless defective
- No exchanges are offered for change of mind or preference
2. Proof Approval Responsibility
Before production begins, you will receive a digital proof of your design for review and approval. This proof represents exactly what will be printed.
Your Approval = Your Responsibility
By approving the proof, you confirm that all text, images, colors, sizes, and design elements are correct. We are not responsible for errors in approved proofs, including spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, wrong phone numbers, or design placement issues.
No refunds, reprints, or credits will be issued for errors that were present in an approved proof. We strongly encourage you to:
- Review your proof on a computer screen (not mobile device) for best accuracy
- Have multiple people review the proof before approval
- Double-check all names, dates, phone numbers, and URLs
- Verify image quality and positioning
- Request revisions if anything needs to be changed
3. When Refunds ARE Available
We stand behind the quality of our products. Refunds or reprints may be issued in the following circumstances:
Manufacturing Defects
Printing errors, color banding, ink smearing, or material defects caused during production
Incorrect Production
Product differs from the approved proof (wrong size, incorrect finishing, etc.)
Shipping Damage
Product arrives damaged due to shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
Non-Delivery
Package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the conditions above, please follow these steps:
Contact Us Within 48 Hours
Report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order
Provide Documentation
Include your order number and clear photographs showing the defect or damage
Await Review
Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days
Resolution
If approved, we will offer a reprint or refund at our discretion
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Before Proof Approval
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before you approve the design proof. To cancel, contact us immediately with your order number.
5.2 After Proof Approval
Once you approve your proof, production begins immediately and cancellation is no longer possible. No refunds will be issued for orders cancelled after proof approval.
6. Color Disclaimer
Please be aware that colors displayed on computer monitors and mobile devices may vary from the final printed product. Variations in color perception can occur due to:
- Monitor calibration and display settings
- Device screen technology (LCD, OLED, etc.)
- Ambient lighting conditions when viewing
- Differences between RGB (screen) and CMYK (print) color spaces
Minor color variations between proof and final product are inherent to the printing process and do not qualify for refunds.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days for funds to appear
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Other methods: Processing times may vary
