48-Hour Production Guarantee
Your banner ships within 48 hours of proof approval
Approve your proof by 9:00 PM EST and your order enters production the same day. Orders approved after 9 PM EST will begin production the following business day.
1. Production Timeline
Our standard production time is 48 hours from the moment you approve your design proof. This timeline applies to most standard banner orders. Please note:
- Production time begins after proof approval, not at order placement
- Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays)
- Large quantity orders or special materials may require additional production time
- Rush production may be available for an additional fee (contact us for availability)
2. Shipping Method
FREE Overnight Shipping
All orders ship free via overnight delivery — no minimum purchase required
We believe in fast, reliable delivery at no extra cost to you. Every order includes:
- Free overnight shipping on all orders
- Full tracking from production to delivery
- Delivery in 2 days when proof is approved before 9 PM EST
How It Works:
* Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and carrier conditions. Remote areas (Alaska, Hawaii) may require additional transit time.
3. Shipping Coverage
3.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Remote locations and territories may require additional shipping time and fees.
3.2 International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees
- The recipient is responsible for all customs charges and fees
- Delivery times vary significantly by destination (typically 7-21 business days)
- Some restrictions may apply based on destination country regulations
4. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information. Once your order ships, you will receive:
- An email notification with your tracking number
- A link to track your package on the carrier's website
- Updates through your customer portal (if you created an account)
You can also track your order anytime using the Track Order page on our website.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate address information
- Packages returned to us due to address issues (reshipping fees may apply)
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Document the damage with photographs before opening
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Retain all packaging materials for potential carrier inspection
- We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly
6.2 Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
- Look for delivery notices or alternate drop-off locations
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If still unable to locate, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim
6.3 Carrier Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to weather, carrier capacity issues, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for carrier delays but will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.
7. Packaging
All banners are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:
- Vinyl Banners: Rolled in protective tubes or folded with tissue paper
- Rigid Signs: Packed flat with corner protection
- Large Orders: Shipped on pallets or in custom crating when necessary
Fold lines on vinyl banners shipped folded will naturally relax when hung. For crease-free delivery on large banners, please request rolled shipping (additional fees may apply for oversized tubes).
8. Holiday Schedule
Our production facility observes the following holidays (no production or shipping):
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day After Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
During peak seasons (holidays, elections, graduation season), production and shipping times may be extended. We recommend ordering early during these periods.
