How much does a custom vinyl banner cost?

Custom vinyl banners start at $34.99 for a 2×3 ft banner. Price is set by size, and it already includes design, a proof, hemmed edges, grommets and shipping. Type any size on the vinyl banner page to see the exact total, and see what size banner you need.

How fast will I get my banner?

Approve your proof by 9 PM ET and we print the next business day, then ship free overnight. Most orders arrive within 48 hours, and every product page shows your delivery date before you pay. Need it sooner? Same-Day printing is available on banners. The whole process, with screens: how we work.

Will I see a proof before you print?

A designer checks every file, and nothing prints without your OK: you approve a free proof of exactly what will print, or, for a print-ready file, you tick “Print my file exactly as it is” and we print that file. Before you approve, the proof page asks you to check spelling, dates and contact details. Every order includes 3 free rounds of changes. If the banner does not match the proof or file you approved, we reprint it free. No return needed, a photo is enough. How the proof round works: how we work.

Can you design my banner for me?

Yes, for free. Tell us your text, colors and any logo or photos, and a designer sends you a proof. Nothing prints until you approve it.

What files can I upload?

PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, PSD and EPS. Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS) keep text and logos sharpest; for photos, 150 to 300 DPI at print size. If a file is low resolution or the wrong size, we fix it before printing. Tips: how to design a banner that gets noticed.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Overnight shipping is free on every order, to all 50 states, with tracking by email. No minimum. No hidden fees. The price you see is your checkout total. See the shipping policy.

What if it's wrong?

A print defect, the wrong size or damage in transit: send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it, free. If the banner does not match the proof or file you approved, we reprint it free. No return needed, a photo is enough. Approve your proof by the cutoff shown at checkout and your banner arrives on the date we showed you. If it arrives after that date for a reason on our side or the carrier's, we reprint and reship at our cost, or refund the order if a reprint would be too late to use. This does not cover a delay caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, a refused or unclaimed package, or a nationwide carrier shutdown.
