How much do I earn for each referral?
$10 in store credit for each of your first 10 referrals who place a paid first order. After 10 successful referrals you earn 10% of each new referral’s first order as credit. Your 5th successful referral also unlocks a $50 banner coupon.
What does the person I refer get?
$10 off their first order of $40 or more. They enter their email on your referral page and we email a single-use code, valid for 30 days. It is for new customers who have not ordered before.
Where do I find my referral link?
On your order confirmation page, in the email we send when your banner should have arrived, and in your account under Rewards. Every customer who has ordered has a link, including guest checkouts.
When is my referral credit added?
Automatically, as soon as the business you referred pays for their first order. They do not need to create an account; ordering through your link is enough.
How do I use my store credit?
Sign in with the email you ordered with and apply your credit at checkout. If you checked out as a guest, use Forgot password on the sign-in page to set a password for that email.
Can I refer myself or use a second email?
No. Referral credit is for bringing in a new customer, so orders from your own account or email are not credited.
Is there a limit on how many businesses I can refer?
No. Refer as many businesses as you like; every referral who places a paid first order earns you credit.
