When will I get my order?

Standard Delivery: approve your free proof by 6 PM ET on a business day and it ships the next business day by ground, arriving 1-3 business days later. The page shows your exact delivery dates before you add to cart. Shipping is free.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Shipping is free on every order in the continental US, with tracking by email. This item ships by ground.

I don’t have artwork. Can you design it?

Yes, Free Design is included. Describe what you need, or upload your file later. We send a digital proof, and nothing prints until you approve it.

What files can I upload?

PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, PSD and EPS. Vector files keep text and logos sharpest; for photos, 150 to 300 DPI at print size. If a file is low resolution or the wrong size, we fix it before printing.

Can I change the design after the proof?

Yes. Request revisions until you’re happy. We only print after you approve the proof.
