When you place an order, we send OpenAI a one-way hashed (SHA-256) copy of your email address, phone number and our customer ID, so it can match that purchase to an ad. OpenAI never receives these three in readable form. We also send your country and ZIP code, which are not hashed. The OpenAI pixel may also detect and hash an email address or phone number you type on our site before sending it. We never send your card details or your uploaded artwork to these partners. You can limit this with your browser's privacy or ad-blocking settings.

Pinterest. We use the Pinterest tag to measure whether our Pinterest ads lead to orders. It sees the product pages you view, what you add to your cart and the value of your order. When you place an order, we send Pinterest (from your browser on the order confirmation page, and from our server) a one-way hashed (SHA-256) copy of your email address and phone number, the order's value, number and items, the IP address and browser user agent of the device you ordered from, and Pinterest's click identifier (the _epik cookie, when you arrived from a Pinterest ad), so Pinterest can match the purchase to an ad. Pinterest never receives your email address or phone number in readable form. We keep the IP address, browser user agent and Pinterest click identifier only for this: we delete them from your order as soon as they have been sent to Pinterest, and after 7 days in any case. We never send your card details or your uploaded artwork to Pinterest.

Order records and associated files may be retained for a reasonable period to facilitate reorders, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.
