Size it to the stand, not the room

Measure the stand first. Most telescoping stands hold 8 × 8 ft or 10 × 8 ft; a pipe-and-drape bay is 10 ft wide; a wall takes grommets at any size up to 20 × 10 ft. A 3-inch pole pocket fits a standard crossbar. Keep the middle of the backdrop quiet, because that is where people stand, and put the logos or the pattern at the edges and the top where they show over shoulders in every photo.

How to order

Logos at 12 inches wide

On a step and repeat, a logo about 12 inches wide with a 6-inch gap shows two or three times over every pair of shoulders in a photo. Smaller than that reads as texture.
Matte beats gloss under flash

Our vinyl prints with a low-sheen finish, so a camera flash does not bounce back as a white patch behind the guest.
Pole pockets for a stand, grommets for a wall

Does the backdrop come with a stand?

No. We print the backdrop to fit the stand, pipe-and-drape or wall you already have: choose pole pockets top and bottom for a backdrop stand, or grommets to tie it on. We do not sell stands. If you order today and approve by 9 PM ET, target delivery is Wednesday, October 21.

What size backdrop fits a standard stand?

Most telescoping stands hold 8 × 8 ft or 10 × 8 ft; choose the size on the product page and the pole pocket that fits your crossbar (2 or 3 inches is usual). Up to 20 × 10 ft is sold online; larger panels are quoted by hand.

How fast is it?

Approve your free proof by 9 PM ET on a business day and the backdrop is delivered about 48 hours later with free overnight shipping. The product page shows the arrival date before you add to cart.

Can you lay out the step and repeat for me?

Yes. Send the logo files and we build the repeating grid at a size that reads in photos, with a second logo or a sponsor row if you need one. You approve the exact layout on the proof before it prints.

What is it printed on?
