What size backdrop for a red carpet arrival?

Couples and small groups fit in front of an 8 x 8 ft wall. A wide carpet with group photos wants 10 x 8 ft. If the photographer shoots from close and low, 8 x 10 ft keeps the top of the frame full.

Do you supply the carpet or the stand?

No. We print the backdrop only, to fit the stand, truss or pipe and drape you have; choose pole pockets or grommets. The carpet and stanchions come from your rental company or venue.

Will it be here before the event?

Approve your free proof by 9 PM ET on a business day and it is delivered about 48 hours later with free overnight shipping. The page shows your exact delivery date before you add to cart. For a Saturday gala, approve the proof by Wednesday evening.

What does Same-Day mean?

The Same-Day fee is 100% of the print price, and the page shows your exact total and delivery date before you add to cart.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Free overnight shipping is included on every order in the continental US, with tracking by email. Standard production has no rush fee.

What is it made of, and will it hold up outdoors?

13oz Vinyl with hemmed edges and metal grommets every 2 to 3 feet, included at no charge. The material and inks are weather- and UV-resistant, and a banner typically lasts 2 to 5 years outdoors depending on conditions.

I don’t have artwork. Can you design it?

Yes, Free Design is included. Describe what you need, or upload your file later. We send a digital proof, and nothing prints until you approve it.

What files can I upload?

PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, PSD and EPS. Vector files keep text and logos sharpest; for photos, 150 to 300 DPI at print size. If a file is low resolution or the wrong size, we fix it before printing.

Can I change the design after the proof?

Yes. Request revisions until you’re happy. We only print after you approve the proof.
