What is the most popular banner size?
8 ft wide by 4 ft tall (96 x 48 inches, width x height), often called a 4x8 banner. It reads clearly from the street, fits most storefronts and fences, and still rolls up for transport. 6 x 3 ft is the common choice when the space is smaller.
How much does a 4x8 banner cost?
A 4x8 custom vinyl banner (8 ft wide by 4 ft tall) is $99.99, including hemmed edges, grommets, a free design proof and free overnight shipping. Price is set by size, and the visualizer shows the price for any size you try.
How far away can a banner be read?
A good rule is about 10 feet of reading distance for every inch of letter height. Letters 6 inches tall read from about 60 feet, and 12-inch letters from about 120 feet. The visualizer shows the letter height and reading distance for your message and size.
What size banner do I need for a storefront?
Measure the space where it will hang and leave a few inches of wall on each side. Most storefront banners are 6 to 10 feet wide and 3 to 4 feet tall. Try your measurements on the Storefront scene to see how it looks above a door.
What file size do I need for a 4x8 banner?
Large-format banners print well at 100 to 150 DPI at full size, so a 4x8 ft banner needs about 7,200 x 14,400 pixels at 150 DPI. Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS) are best because they scale to any size without losing quality.

Yes. Any banner up to 200 square feet is priced instantly, including half-foot sizes - that is 20 by 10 feet, either way round. Bigger than that we still print, welded from panels, but it is quoted by hand and ships freight in 3-5 business days with an extra shipping charge instead of free overnight.
