How much is the bulk discount?
Two tiers, both stated as a flat percentage off our regular price — the same price shown on the product page, which you can check before you commit to anything. What counts is the value of the order, not the number of pieces, so any mix of sizes gets there.

Three things worth knowing
- Nothing to sign up for. No application, no reseller certificate, no annual spend to keep, no paid membership. The cart checks your order and applies it.
- It stacks with rewards. Bulk comes off first, then your rewards tier percentage comes off what is left. Both appear as their own line in the cart.
- It is not a coupon. There is no code to find, no expiry, and no maximum dollar amount. It applies every time you reach the minimum.
What qualifies for bulk pricing?
13oz premium scrim vinyl — the material our custom banners are printed on. It is a scrim-reinforced, weather-rated vinyl with heat-welded hems and rust-proof grommets, and it is what most outdoor and indoor banner work is printed on across the industry.

What is the minimum order for bulk banner pricing?
A line of 13oz premium scrim vinyl worth $500 or more earns 10% off; $2,000 or more earns 20% off. There is no minimum to place an order at all - you can buy one banner. The minimum only decides whether the trade discount applies.
Do I need a business or wholesale account to get bulk pricing?
No. There is no account to apply for, no membership fee, no annual spend requirement and no reseller certificate. The discount is applied by the cart the moment your order reaches the minimum.
Is there a cap on the bulk discount?
No. The percentage applies to the whole line however large it is. A lot of print sites advertise a bigger headline percentage and then cap the dollars - we do not.
Which products qualify for bulk pricing?
13oz premium scrim vinyl banners - our standard custom banner material - are the only product in the programme today. Tent banners, mesh, fabric and the rest of the catalogue are not included yet. They join with these same minimums and percentages as we add them.
Does the order have to be all the same size?
The discount is earned per line, so banners of the same size and options count together. If you need a mix of sizes, send us the list and we will quote the set as one job.
How many banners do I have to buy?
However many it takes to reach $500. The minimum is what the order is worth, not how many pieces are in it - a handful of large banners can qualify while a stack of small ones does not. Big sizes get there fast: a few 4x8 ft banners are already past it.
Do bulk orders still ship in 48 hours?
Yes, on the same terms as any other order: approve your free proof by 9 PM EST and it prints the next business day with free overnight shipping. For runs above 100 banners, send us the details first so we can confirm the date before you pay.
Does bulk pricing stack with rewards member pricing?
Yes. The bulk discount comes off the line first, and your rewards tier percentage comes off after it. Both show separately in the cart.
Can you ship one bulk order to several addresses?
Not through the cart yet - an online order ships to one address. Send us the address list through the form on this page and we will split the shipment for you.
Do you print for sign shops, agencies and resellers?
Yes. Orders ship in unbranded packaging with no invoice or marketing inside, so you can drop-ship to your own client. Tell us on the form if you need blind shipping.
Can I pay by purchase order or get an invoice?
Every order gets a downloadable receipt and invoice from your account. We do not offer net terms or PO billing today - bulk orders are paid at checkout by card.
Is there a setup, artwork or file fee on bulk orders?
No setup fee and no design fee. Your proof is free, revisions are free, and overnight shipping is free. The price you see in the cart is the price you pay.

Bigger, mixed or going to several addresses?
Orders up to 100 banners of one size go straight through the cart with any discount already applied — you do not need this form. Use it for runs above that, for a mix of sizes quoted as one job, for several delivery addresses, or if you need the order to ship blind.
