Four promises, in writing
48 Hours Banners has printed custom banners since 2022. These are the promises behind every order, and what we do when one is missed.
Proof before print
A designer checks every file, and nothing prints without your OK: you approve a free proof of exactly what will print, or, for a print-ready file, you tick “Print my file exactly as it is” and we print that file. Before you approve, the proof page asks you to check spelling, dates and contact details. Every order includes 3 free rounds of changes.
If we miss it: If the banner does not match the proof or file you approved, we reprint it free. No return needed, a photo is enough.
Free overnight, every order
Express orders ship free by overnight carrier, with no minimum. The price on the product card is the price at your door.
If we miss it: If you are charged for shipping on an Express order, tell us and we refund it.
On time or reprinted free
Approve your proof by the cutoff shown at checkout and your banner arrives on the date we showed you.
If we miss it: If it arrives after that date for a reason on our side or the carrier's, we reprint and reship at our cost, or refund the order if a reprint would be too late to use. This does not cover a delay caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, a refused or unclaimed package, or a nationwide carrier shutdown.

If we miss it: A print defect, the wrong size or damage in transit: send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it, free.
How to claim
- Within 48 hours of delivery, reply to your order email or call (516) 202-3466.
- Give your order number and a photo of the problem. Nothing has to be shipped back.
- We answer within 2 business days and reprint or refund. A reprint ships the same way the original did.
What is not covered
- A banner that matches the proof you approved.
- Mistakes in artwork you supplied (that is what the proof is for).
- A change of mind after approval. Custom print cannot be resold, so production starts the moment a proof is approved.
The full terms are in the refund policy and the shipping policy. Standard Delivery products show their own arrival date at checkout; the on-time promise applies to the date shown for either lane.
