Recent improvements

1. October 14, 2026

   How we work, with screens

   • A new page walks through every step of an order with real screens: price by size, the free proof, approving or asking for changes, a person sending it to print, delivery, reordering and what happens if something is wrong. Each step says what you do and what we do, and answers the questions people ask.
   • A glossary explains every word we use (proof, grommets, pole pocket, cutoff, Same-Day and more), each linked to the step it belongs to.

2. October 11, 2026

   A clearer checkout

   • Right above the Pay button, checkout now says what happens next: a free proof by email, nothing prints without your OK, and the date it arrives.
   • You never need an account to order. If you choose to sign in, every step (including a password reset) brings you back to your cart.
   • For larger orders, checkout shows a phone number and hours so you can talk to a person before you pay.

   Our review numbers, counted for real

   • The rating on our pages is now our Etsy shop's own rating plus the reviews written on this site, every star level counted, updated from Etsy once a day.
   • Our 4 and 5 star Etsy reviews now appear on our Reviews page and homepage, each marked as an Etsy review, always with a link to all of them on Etsy, lower ratings included.

   Ask our AI assistant

   • A chat button on shopping pages answers questions about sizes, prices and delivery dates using the same prices and dates as checkout.
   • When you are ready, it prepares your cart in one click. Anything it cannot answer goes to our team, with a reply-time promise.

5. October 9, 2026

   See where our banners went

   • A new Where We Ship page shows how many website orders went to each US state in the last 30 days.
   • Only the state is shown: never a name, a city, an amount or an order.

6. September 21, 2026

   Add a photo or video to your review

   • Reviews can now carry photos and a short video of your banner in place.
   • Customers who review from the link in our emails get account credit once a review with a photo or video is posted. Any honest review counts, good or bad.
   • We look at every photo and video before it is shown, and location data is removed from the files.

7. September 17, 2026

   Refer a business: give $10, get $10

   • Every customer now has a referral link, on the order confirmation page and in the delivery email, guest checkouts included.
   • The business you refer gets $10 off their first order, and you get store credit when they pay, even if they check out as a guest.
   • New Referral Program page explains the rewards.

   A simpler homepage and fuller product pages

   • New homepage: real customer photos, shop by product, three simple steps and quick answers to common questions.
   • Product pages show photos of banners our customers hung, plus the full set of common questions.
   • Specifications list the actual material and sizes in feet.
   • Our FAQ now matches the refund policy: report a problem within 48 hours of delivery.

   A warmer look, clearer product pages

   • New warm off-white background with our navy and orange across every page.
   • Product pages show how many times a product was ordered in the last 30 days.
   • Links and buttons no longer change to an off-brand color on hover.

    Invoices you can pay online

    • Invoices can be paid by card, Cash App and other methods, and become orders automatically.
    • Invoices show your shipping address, or ask for it at checkout.
    • Wyoming sales tax is shown on invoices when it applies.
