Fundraiser and 5K banners
Start and finish lines, sponsor thank-yous, registration tables and "you did it" fence banners for walks, runs and food drives. 13 oz vinyl with metal grommets every two feet ties straight onto a chain-link fence; for a long span in the wind, 15 oz hangs flatter.
Church banners
Service times, fall festivals, vacation Bible school, revivals, anniversaries and "all welcome" banners for the front lawn or the fellowship hall. Churches without an IRS letter can apply with a letter from their denomination or a bank statement in the church's name.
Gala step and repeat backdrops

Who qualifies for the nonprofit price?
501(c)(3) charities and foundations, churches and houses of worship, public and private schools, PTAs, PTOs and booster clubs, and other tax-exempt nonprofits in the United States such as veterans groups, civic clubs and youth sports leagues.
How do you verify that we are a nonprofit?
You apply from your account with your EIN and one document. We check the EIN against the IRS list of tax-exempt organizations, and a person on our team reads the document. Approval usually takes one business day, and we email you either way.
Which documents do you accept?
An IRS determination letter or a state tax-exempt certificate. Churches without an IRS letter: a letter from your denomination or a bank statement in the church's name. Schools: a school or district purchase order, tax-exempt form or a letter on school letterhead. PTAs and booster clubs: your own IRS letter, or the group ruling letter of your parent organization plus proof you are a member unit.
Our church never applied for 501(c)(3) status. Can we still get the price?
Yes. Churches are tax-exempt without applying, so many have no IRS letter. Send a letter from your denomination or a bank statement in the church's name instead.
Is the discount one time or every order?
Every order. Once approved, the nonprofit price applies by itself whenever you are signed in, for 12 months. We email you a month before it ends so you can renew with a current document.
Does the nonprofit price work with coupons, member or bulk pricing?
No. The nonprofit price is a straight 20% off, and it replaces every other discount: coupons, member tier discounts (Silver, Gold, Platinum) and bulk pricing are not added on top.
Is Same-Day printing discounted too?
The banner is. The 20% comes off the 48-hour price, and the Same-Day extra is added at its full price. Shipping is free either way.
Are there any banners the nonprofit price does not cover?
It covers vinyl banners and backdrops. Tent banners, table runners and retractable stands are not included, and small banners already on our lowest floor price are not discounted further.
Do nonprofits pay sales tax on banners?
Our storefront does not charge sales tax on banner orders.
Can sponsor logos go on our banner or backdrop?
Yes. Send your logo and your sponsors' logos, or ask for free design help, and you approve a free proof before anything prints. A step and repeat backdrop repeats the logos in a staggered grid.
How fast will our banner arrive?
Approve your proof by 9 PM Eastern and your banner is printed and shipped free overnight, arriving within 48 hours. Same-Day printing is available on most banners for an extra charge.
