What size Christmas backdrop do I need?

An 8 x 8 ft backdrop fits two or three people standing, head to toe, and is the size most stands take. Go 10 x 8 ft if Santa sits in a chair with families around him, or 5 x 7 ft for a small room.

What is it made of, and how does it hang?

13oz vinyl with hemmed edges. Choose pole pockets top and bottom for a backdrop stand, or metal grommets to tie it to pipe and drape or a wall. Roll it up to store it for next year.

When will my Christmas backdrop arrive?

Approve your free proof by 9 PM EST on a business day and it is delivered about 48 hours later with free overnight shipping. The page shows your exact delivery date before you add to cart. Holiday party weeks fill up, so order a week or more ahead if you can.

What does Same-Day mean?

Same-Day is our rush option on banners: order by 2 PM EST on a business day with a print-ready file, and we print and ship it that same day. It’s delivered the next business day (Saturday delivery is +$35 on Fridays). The Same-Day fee is 100% of the print price, and the page shows your exact total and delivery date before you add to cart.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Free overnight shipping is included on every order in the continental US, with tracking by email. Standard production has no rush fee.

I don’t have artwork. Can you design it?

Yes, Free Design is included. Describe what you need, or upload your file later. We send a digital proof, and nothing prints until you approve it.

What files can I upload?

PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, PSD and EPS. Vector files keep text and logos sharpest; for photos, 150 to 300 DPI at print size. If a file is low resolution or the wrong size, we fix it before printing.

Can I change the design after the proof?

Yes. Request revisions until you’re happy. We only print after you approve the proof.
