What size happy birthday banner for a backyard party?

Over a porch rail or across a party-room wall, 2 x 6 ft. For a classroom or a small table, 2 x 4 ft. Across the front of the house, 3 x 8 ft.

Can I reuse it next year?

Yes. Leave the age off and keep the name, and the vinyl banner comes out every year; it rolls up and stores flat, and the inks do not fade in a drawer.

Will it hang outside?

It is printed on 13oz vinyl with hemmed edges and metal grommets, included at no charge. The inks are weather- and UV-resistant, so it handles sun, rain and wind for a whole weekend outdoors. Tie the corners and it stays put on a fence or a rail.

When will I get my order?

48-Hour (standard): approve your free proof by 9 PM ET and it’s on your door about 48 hours later on business days. The page shows your exact delivery date before you add to cart. Free overnight shipping on every order.

What does Same-Day mean?

Same-Day is our rush option on banners: order by 2 PM ET on a business day with a print-ready file, and we print and ship it that same day. It’s delivered the next business day (Saturday delivery is +$35 on Fridays). The Same-Day fee is 100% of the print price, and the page shows your exact total and delivery date before you add to cart.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Free overnight shipping is included on every order in the continental US, with tracking by email. Standard production has no rush fee.

What is it made of, and will it hold up outdoors?

13oz Vinyl with hemmed edges and metal grommets every 2 to 3 feet, included at no charge. The material and inks are weather- and UV-resistant, and a banner typically lasts 2 to 5 years outdoors depending on conditions.

I don’t have artwork. Can you design it?

Yes, Free Design is included. Describe what you need, or upload your file later. We send a digital proof, and nothing prints until you approve it.

What files can I upload?

PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, PSD and EPS. Vector files keep text and logos sharpest; for photos, 150 to 300 DPI at print size. If a file is low resolution or the wrong size, we fix it before printing.

Can I change the design after the proof?

Yes. Request revisions until you’re happy. We only print after you approve the proof.

Happy Birthday Banner

The paper Happy Birthday banner from the party aisle tears on the first gust and goes in the bin by Sunday. A vinyl one has the name on it, hangs outside, and comes out again next year. Families order one with the first name only and no age, so it works at five, fifteen and fifty; grandparents order one for the whole family with a line for everyone.

Perfect For

Backyard, park-shelter and porch parties
Restaurant party rooms and bowling-alley lanes
Office birthdays and classroom celebrations

Sizes that work

2 x 6 ft over the porch rail or the party-room wall
2 x 4 ft for a classroom or a small table
3 x 8 ft across the front of the house for the big one

Pick the colors, send a name or a theme, and we design it free; balloons, confetti, a sports theme or plain and bold. Grommets in the corners tie to a rail, a fence or a pair of chairs, and the banner rolls up for the next birthday.

How the proof works
