Feather flag banners (teardrop / sail flags) are the vertical companion to a tent: one color, one offer, one logo. Plant them on the approach so guests find the booth before they find the map. Single-reverse or double-sided, with a spike or cross-base.

How to order

  • Tent first, flag second

    Custom event tents carry the brand overhead. Feather flag banners do the “you are here” job at walking speed — keep flag copy to 3–5 words.

  • Wind is the spec

    Flags need a weighted cross-base on pavement. Tent walls should have vents or mesh if the forecast is gusty — see indoor vs outdoor banners.

  • Same proof clock as vinyl

    Approve by 9 PM EST. Outdoor graphics still ship free overnight; give yourself a day of buffer before load-in.

FAQs

Can you print custom event tents, or only banners?
We print custom event tent graphics — valances, peaks, and walls — on the same 48-hour clock as vinyl. Hardware (the metal frame) is listed on the product when we sell it as a kit; otherwise you get the printed skins for a frame you already own. If you order today and approve by 9 PM EST, target delivery is Thursday, August 27.
What size feather flag banners should I order?
Most parking-lot feather flag banners are 8–12 feet. Use 14-foot flags when cars need to see you from the next aisle. Spike bases for grass; cross-bases with a water weight for pavement.
Will a tent and flags arrive before my event?
Approve by 9 PM EST for next-business-day print and free overnight shipping. For Saturday events, approve Thursday night at the latest. Trade-show week is not the time to skip the proof.
Single-sided or double-sided flags?
Single-reverse is cheaper and fine for sidewalks. Double-sided feather flag banners read from both directions in a parking aisle. We will recommend one on the proof.
Do you design tent and flag art for free?
Yes. Send the logo and the booth size. Studio builds tent panels and feather flag banners, you approve a free proof, nothing prints without your yes.
