How fast will I get my banner?
Approve your proof by 9 PM EST and we print the next business day, then ship free overnight. Most orders arrive within 48 hours, and every product page shows your delivery date before you pay. Need it sooner? Same-Day printing is available on banners.
Can you design my banner for me?
Yes, for free. Tell us your text, colors and any logo or photos, and a designer sends you a proof. Nothing prints until you approve it.
What files can I upload?
PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, PSD and EPS. Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS) keep text and logos sharpest; for photos, 150 to 300 DPI at print size. If a file is low resolution or the wrong size, we fix it before printing. Tips: how to design a banner that gets noticed.
Is shipping really free?

What if something is wrong with my order?
Email us your order number and photos within 48 hours of delivery. If it is a printing or material defect, or it arrived damaged, we reprint or refund it. Errors already in a proof you approved are not covered. See the refund policy.
