What size trade show banner fits a 10 x 10 booth?

An 8 x 8 ft banner covers the back wall of a 10 x 10 booth on the venue’s pipe and drape. A 2 x 6 ft banner runs across a 6-foot table, and a 3 x 10 ft header spans the top of the booth. For a 10 x 20 booth, two 8 x 8 ft back walls or one 8 x 16 ft.

How does it hang on pipe and drape?

Choose pole pockets top and bottom and the banner slides onto the drape rail; choose grommets to zip-tie it to a truss, a tent frame or a wall. Both are included at no charge.

What does Same-Day mean?

The Same-Day fee is 100% of the print price, and the page shows your exact total and delivery date before you add to cart.

What is it made of, and will it hold up outdoors?

13oz Vinyl with hemmed edges and metal grommets every 2 to 3 feet, included at no charge. The material and inks are weather- and UV-resistant, and a banner typically lasts 2 to 5 years outdoors depending on conditions.

I don’t have artwork. Can you design it?

Yes, Free Design is included. Describe what you need, or upload your file later. We send a digital proof, and nothing prints until you approve it.

What files can I upload?

PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, PSD and EPS. Vector files keep text and logos sharpest; for photos, 150 to 300 DPI at print size. If a file is low resolution or the wrong size, we fix it before printing.

Can I change the design after the proof?

Yes. Request revisions until you’re happy. We only print after you approve the proof.
