What size memorial banner suits a service?

On an easel by the guest book, 2 x 4 ft. Behind the podium or on a wall, 3 x 6 ft. Over a reception table, 2 x 6 ft.

We only have an old photo. Will it print well?

Send it anyway. We clean up scanned prints and old phone photos, and the proof shows you exactly how it will look before it prints. If it is too small for the size you chose, we say so and suggest a size that works.

The service is this week. Can you make it?

Approve your free proof by 9 PM ET on a business day and it is delivered about 48 hours later with free overnight shipping. The page shows your exact delivery date before you add to cart. Approve the proof the evening you receive it and the banner arrives in time for most services.

When will I get my order?

48-Hour (standard): approve your free proof by 9 PM ET and it’s on your door about 48 hours later on business days. The page shows your exact delivery date before you add to cart. Free overnight shipping on every order.

What does Same-Day mean?

Same-Day is our rush option on banners: order by 2 PM ET on a business day with a print-ready file, and we print and ship it that same day. It’s delivered the next business day (Saturday delivery is +$35 on Fridays). The Same-Day fee is 100% of the print price, and the page shows your exact total and delivery date before you add to cart.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Free overnight shipping is included on every order in the continental US, with tracking by email. Standard production has no rush fee.

What is it made of, and will it hold up outdoors?

13oz Vinyl with hemmed edges and metal grommets every 2 to 3 feet, included at no charge. The material and inks are weather- and UV-resistant, and a banner typically lasts 2 to 5 years outdoors depending on conditions.

I don’t have artwork. Can you design it?

Yes, Free Design is included. Describe what you need, or upload your file later. We send a digital proof, and nothing prints until you approve it.

What files can I upload?

PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, PSD and EPS. Vector files keep text and logos sharpest; for photos, 150 to 300 DPI at print size. If a file is low resolution or the wrong size, we fix it before printing.

Can I change the design after the proof?

Yes. Request revisions until you’re happy. We only print after you approve the proof.

Celebration of Life Banner

Services come together in days. A banner with a favorite photo, the name and the dates gives the room a place to gather, and it goes home with the family afterwards. We keep the design quiet: one photo, clean lettering, a line of scripture or a phrase they used to say, in colors that suit the person.

Perfect For

Funeral homes, churches and chapels
Receptions, halls and backyard memorials
Graveside services and memorial rides

Sizes that work

2 x 4 ft on an easel beside the guest book
3 x 6 ft behind the podium or across a wall
2 x 6 ft over the reception table

Send whichever photo the family loves most, even a scanned print; our designers clean it up and show you the proof before anything is made. We work fast on these and do not add words you did not give us.

How the proof works

Upload your photos or artwork, or tell us what you want and we design it free. We send a digital proof, you ask for changes until it is right, and nothing prints until you approve it.
