What size Christmas backdrop do I need?

An 8 x 8 ft backdrop fits two or three people standing, head to toe, and is the size most stands take. Go 10 x 8 ft if Santa sits in a chair with families around him, or 5 x 7 ft for a small room.

What is it made of, and how does it hang?

13oz vinyl with hemmed edges. Choose pole pockets top and bottom for a backdrop stand, or metal grommets to tie it to pipe and drape or a wall. Roll it up to store it for next year.

When will my Christmas backdrop arrive?

Approve your free proof by 9 PM ET on a business day and it is delivered about 48 hours later with free overnight shipping. The page shows your exact delivery date before you add to cart. Holiday party weeks fill up, so order a week or more ahead if you can.

What does Same-Day mean?

Same-Day is our rush option on banners: order by 2 PM ET on a business day with a print-ready file, and we print and ship it that same day. It’s delivered the next business day (Saturday delivery is +$35 on Fridays). Same-Day adds $2.50 per square foot to the 48-hour price (pole pockets cost double on Same-Day); shipping is free on both lanes. The exact amount shows on the Same-Day switch before you choose it. A 2 x 3 ft banner is $34.99 on the 48-hour lane and $49.99 Same-Day.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Free overnight shipping is included on every order, to all 50 states, with tracking by email. Standard production has no rush fee.

I don’t have artwork. Can you design it?

Yes, Free Design is included. Describe what you need, or upload your file later. We send a digital proof, and nothing prints until you approve it.

What files can I upload?

PDF, AI, EPS, TIFF, JPG or PNG, up to 150 MB. Vector files keep text and logos sharpest; photos look best at 200 DPI or more at the printed size. If a file is low resolution or the wrong size, our designers fix it before your free proof, at no charge. A Photoshop (PSD) file can be sent after checkout from your order’s upload link.

Can I change the design after the proof?

Yes. Request revisions until you’re happy. We only print after you approve the proof.

Custom Christmas Photo Backdrop

Every holiday party ends up with a photo corner. Make yours a printed Christmas scene with your name, logo or a message across the top, so every picture taken that night carries it. Offices, churches, schools, restaurants and families use them for parties, pageants and visits with Santa.

Perfect For

Office and client holiday parties
Church and school Christmas events
Santa photos, cookie nights and family pictures at home

Sizes that work

8 x 8 ft, the standard photo wall for two or three people head to toe
10 x 8 ft for a group or a chair for Santa
5 x 7 ft for a small corner or a table-top photo spot

It is a printed backdrop made to hang on the stand, pipe or wall you already have: choose pole pockets top and bottom, or grommets around the edge. Keep the middle of the scene simple so faces stand out, and put your message across the top.

How the proof works

Upload your photos or artwork, or tell us what you want and we design it free. We send a digital proof, you ask for changes until it is right, and nothing prints until you approve it.
