Will it hold up outside for the whole season?

It is printed on 13oz vinyl with hemmed edges and metal grommets, included at no charge. The inks are weather- and UV-resistant, so it handles sun, rain and wind, including snow and freezing nights. Tie every grommet so it stays tight.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Free overnight shipping is included on every order in the continental US, with tracking by email. Standard production has no rush fee.

What is it made of, and will it hold up outdoors?

I don’t have artwork. Can you design it?

What files can I upload?

PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, PSD and EPS. Vector files keep text and logos sharpest; for photos, 150 to 300 DPI at print size. If a file is low resolution or the wrong size, we fix it before printing.

Can I change the design after the proof?

Yes. Request revisions until you’re happy. We only print after you approve the proof.
