What size team banner is best for a dugout?

Most dugouts and bench fences take a 3 x 6 ft banner. A team tent front is closer to 2 x 4 ft. If the whole team will stand behind it for a photo, go 4 x 8 ft.

Can it go to every game outdoors?

It is printed on 13oz vinyl with hemmed edges and metal grommets, included at no charge. The inks are weather- and UV-resistant, so it handles sun, rain and wind season after season. Roll it, rather than fold it, between games.

How soon will our team banner arrive?

Approve your free proof by 9 PM ET on a business day and it is delivered about 48 hours later with free overnight shipping. The page shows your exact delivery date before you add to cart. Order after the roster is final so every name is right.

What does Same-Day mean?

Same-Day is our rush option on banners: order by 2 PM ET on a business day with a print-ready file, and we print and ship it that same day. It’s delivered the next business day (Saturday delivery is +$35 on Fridays). The Same-Day fee is 100% of the print price, and the page shows your exact total and delivery date before you add to cart.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Free overnight shipping is included on every order, to all 50 states, with tracking by email. Standard production has no rush fee.

I don’t have artwork. Can you design it?

Yes, Free Design is included. Describe what you need, or upload your file later. We send a digital proof, and nothing prints until you approve it.

What files can I upload?

PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, PSD and EPS. Vector files keep text and logos sharpest; for photos, 150 to 300 DPI at print size. If a file is low resolution or the wrong size, we fix it before printing.

Can I change the design after the proof?

Yes. Request revisions until you’re happy. We only print after you approve the proof.

Custom Team Banner

A team banner goes to every game: behind the dugout, on the fence at away fields and in the end-of-season photo. Put the team name, logo, season and roster on it, or build it around the team photo. Coaches and team parents order them for rec leagues, travel teams and school programs.

Perfect For

Baseball, softball, soccer, football, lacrosse and basketball
Dugouts, bench areas and tournament tents
Team photos, banquets and end-of-season parties

Sizes that work

3 x 6 ft for a dugout or a fence
2 x 4 ft for the front of a team tent
4 x 8 ft for a banner the whole team stands behind

Adding sponsors? Send their logos and we set them in a neat row along the bottom so every sponsor gets the same space.
