How fast can I get a stadium lights senior night banner?

Approve your free proof by 9 PM ET on a business day and it is delivered about 48 hours later, with free overnight shipping. The page shows the exact delivery date before you add to cart, and the senior night date you enter is checked against it.

What size senior night banner should I get?

2 x 3 ft is the fence and gym-wall size, one per athlete. 3 x 4.5 ft is the same shape, half again as big, for the banner everyone sees from the stands. For the whole team on one banner, see the Team Seniors Banner.

What photo works best?

Best photo: clear, recent, face visible, no hat or sunglasses. JPG or PNG (iPhone photos upload as JPG on their own). Send the original from the phone or the team photographer, not a screenshot or a photo of a photo. If it is too small to print sharp, we tell you on the proof.

Can I see a proof before it prints? Can I ask for changes?

Yes, always. Free digital proof, unlimited revisions, nothing prints until you approve. Ask for as many changes as you need; nothing prints until you say so.

Is the banner weatherproof? Can it hang outside on a fence?

Yes. It is printed on 13 oz premium vinyl, full color, weather-resistant, with hemmed edges and metal grommets, so it hangs on a fence through a whole season of sun, rain and wind.

Use the metal grommets in the corners and along the edges with zip ties, rope or bungee cords, on a fence, a railing or a wall. Hanging hardware (zip ties, rope) not included.

Can you match our school colors? Can you do other sports?

Yes to both. Tell us the two team colors (or hex codes) and the sport; we set the design in your colors, and "Other sport" means we adapt the layout to your athlete's sport before the proof.

Do you ship outside the USA?

No. Ships to the USA only, free overnight shipping.

What does Same-Day mean?

Same-Day is our rush option on banners: order by 2 PM ET on a business day with a print-ready file, and we print and ship it that same day. It’s delivered the next business day (Saturday delivery is +$35 on Fridays). Same-Day adds $2.50 per square foot to the 48-hour price (pole pockets cost double on Same-Day); shipping is free on both lanes. The exact amount shows on the Same-Day switch before you choose it. A 2 x 3 ft banner is $34.99 on the 48-hour lane and $49.99 Same-Day.

I don’t have artwork. Can you design it?

Yes, Free Design is included. Describe what you need, or upload your file later. We send a digital proof, and nothing prints until you approve it.

What files can I upload?

PDF, AI, EPS, TIFF, JPG or PNG, up to 150 MB. Vector files keep text and logos sharpest; photos look best at 200 DPI or more at the printed size. If a file is low resolution or the wrong size, our designers fix it before your free proof, at no charge. A Photoshop (PSD) file can be sent after checkout from your order’s upload link.

Details

Under the lights, one last time

Senior night is the walk every parent remembers: the name over the speakers, the hug at midfield, the lights on. The Stadium Lights banner is built for that moment. A giant jersey number glows behind your athlete, their name is set in gold, and the school and class year sit underneath, all on a navy night sky with the stadium lights blazing.

Made for

Football, volleyball and cheer seniors (other sports adapted free)
The fence on the walk-out, the gym wall, the front porch
A keepsake that hangs in their room long after the season

Sizes

2 x 3 ft, the fence and gym-wall size, one per athlete
3 x 4.5 ft, the same shape half again as big, when you want it read from the stands

Both sizes are the design's own 2:3 shape, so nothing is stretched or cropped. Your colors replace the navy and gold if you want them to.

How it works

Fill in the athlete's name, number, class year, school and colors, upload a photo (or send it later from the link in your confirmation email), and check out. Our designer builds the banner in this style and sends a free digital proof. Ask for changes until it is right; nothing prints until you approve. Approve by 9 PM ET and it ships free overnight, delivered in about 48 hours.
