What size trade show banner fits a 10 x 10 booth?

An 8 x 8 ft banner covers the back wall of a 10 x 10 booth on the venue’s pipe and drape. A 2 x 6 ft banner runs across a 6-foot table, and a 3 x 10 ft header spans the top of the booth. For a 10 x 20 booth, two 8 x 8 ft back walls or one 8 x 16 ft.

How does it hang on pipe and drape?

Choose pole pockets top and bottom and the banner slides onto the drape rail; choose grommets to zip-tie it to a truss, a tent frame or a wall. Both are included at no charge.

Can you ship it straight to the venue?

Approve your free proof by 9 PM ET on a business day and it is delivered about 48 hours later with free overnight shipping. The page shows your exact delivery date before you add to cart. What does Same-Day mean?

Same-Day is our rush option on banners: order by 2 PM ET on a business day with a print-ready file, and we print and ship it that same day. It’s delivered the next business day (Saturday delivery is +$35 on Fridays). Same-Day adds $2.50 per square foot to the 48-hour price (pole pockets cost double on Same-Day); shipping is free on both lanes. The exact amount shows on the Same-Day switch before you choose it. A 2 x 3 ft banner is $34.99 on the 48-hour lane and $49.99 Same-Day.

What is it made of, and will it hold up outdoors?

13oz Vinyl with hemmed edges and metal grommets every 2 to 3 feet, included at no charge. It is made for indoor and outdoor use and rated by the printer for short to medium term use; how long it lasts outdoors depends on sun, wind and how it is hung.

I don’t have artwork. Can you design it?

Yes, Free Design is included. Describe what you need, or upload your file later. We send a digital proof, and nothing prints until you approve it.

What files can I upload?

PDF, AI, EPS, TIFF, JPG or PNG, up to 150 MB. Vector files keep text and logos sharpest; photos look best at 200 DPI or more at the printed size. If a file is low resolution or the wrong size, our designers fix it before your free proof, at no charge. A Photoshop (PSD) file can be sent after checkout from your order’s upload link.

Can I change the design after the proof?

Yes. Request revisions until you’re happy. We only print after you approve the proof.
