How we collect reviews

• Only a customer with a delivered order gets the review link; it is sent in the delivery email. A review written on the product page without that link is published too, labelled as unverified.
• Every review is published once a person has checked it for abuse, good or bad. A low rating is not a reason to hide it.
• The text is never edited. The reviewer is shown as first name and last initial.
• A $5 store credit is paid for any review that includes a photo or video, at any rating. It is never tied to the stars.
• The owner replies in public, and the reply is dated.
• Reviews from our years on Etsy are copied word for word once a day, the 4 and 5 star ones only, each tagged via Etsy. The rating we print is the average of the featured reviews: every review written here plus those 4 and 5 star ones.
• Each review has its own page with the date, the product, the size ordered and the month it was ordered, taken from the order record and not typed by anyone.

Bought from us? The review link is in your delivery email. Prefer Google? Tell us and we will send you the link; a review there helps the next buyer more than one here.
